I Know What You Said, but What Did You Mean?



Sometimes we choose to be more political rather than direct.  However, in taking this approach, we leave our meaning open to interpretation.  Granted, there are times when we need to be sensitive to people’s feels when providing feedback, but always make sure your message and intent is clear.

Get to the point, make the point, then move on.

Don’t add words or fluff, just say it.

One saying that I like is…

Say what you go to say then shut up.

So now I’m shutting up…..
