Move Yourself Before You Move Someone Else

We all know those people who provide advice from the sidelines….tell us what we need to do in our marriage, and they are single; Give us fitness/work out tips and they have not worked out in several years; Tell us how to raise our children and they never had any. But its worse when people give you advice or inspiration, and yet they live in the opposite direction.

Live your life as an example.  Before you can encourage (move) someone else, you have to encourage (move) yourself.  Your testimony on success, how to change, or how to stay positive in a negative situation is more powerful than any words that you can say.  People give you respect based upon what they see, not on what you say.  Words can carry us only so far, so stop riding them and walk the path that you have laid.

You are a vessel that has already been proclaimed to be an example.

Use this opportunity to encourage others through your actions and behaviors.
