Encourage the Encourager

We all have that person in our life that has pulled us through tough times- a good friend, a parent, a boss, etc.  And sometimes we are that person that does the pulling.  Either way, the key is that we must always encourage that person.  We can become dependent on them always being there for us, but we will not provide them with the same encouragement to keep them energized.  Likewise, we may constantly uplift people, but we do not feel that we receive the same in return.

To stay encouraged, do the following:

1.  Stay focused on the goal (the enjoyment of helping someone else will always better yourself.)

2.  Encourage those who encourage you through your words, actions, and thoughts.  A simple “thank you” goes a long way.

3.  Avoid getting discouraged.  Do not look at the short term goal, always look long term.

Stay encouraged and keep uplifting others.

How did you stay encouraged during a trying time?  How did you keep your team encouraged?

Kontinue to Konker,

Chad

That’s good stuff man. I think that’s where having a mission comes into play and believing it’s your destiny to achieve your vision. Part of getting where you are trying to go is enjoying the ride. Knowing that in a trying time there is something to be learned that’s going to get you closer to your goal keeps you going.

Good points. Always staying focused on the prized and not the journey is the key. Thanks for commenting.
