KONKERER Leadership is Servant Leadership. Based upon the scripture Romans 8:37 (KJV) “… in all these things we are more than CONQUERORS through HIM that loved us.” (Emphasis mine). You become a better and stronger leader when you put people first. If you uplift people and push them forward, you will be elevated.
KONKERER Leadership also means that you are always learning and can learn from anywhere. Be it a powerful speaker, an inspirational song, or a funny cartoon, there is always a learning moment involved.
Chadwick Taylor is a Gifted and Dynamic Public Speaker, with a gift of Servant Leadership. Engineer by degree, Leader by Destiny. Mr. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from THE Ohio State University and a Masters of Business Administration from THE Michigan State University. He holds several leadership positions in his career, volunteer organizations, and sits on several volunteer boards. His goal is to make people better so that they lead a success life and career.
